Data collection from ART Competent Authorities

Data related to the reproductive cells utilized in ART can be viewed in this section through reports related to a single country or all of the European countries.
Assisted reproductive technology (ART) is a general term referring to methods used to achieve pregnancy by artificial or partially artificial means. Reproductive technology is used primarily in infertility treatments, but also in fertile couples affected by genetic and transmissible diseases .
The term also includes, for the countries in which it is allowed by law, any reproductive technique involving a third party donation ( e.g. a sperm or oocyte donation).

The data are those recorded by the ART National Competent Authorities and refer to the activities performed within a year.
