In order to provide qualified and nationally and internationally recognised laboratory services and results, the National Reference Laboratory for GMOs works in compliance with UNI CEI EN ISO/IEC 17025 and is part of the Quality Management System of the Department of Food Safety, Nutrition and Veterinary Public Health, accredited with No. 0779 L by ACCREDIA. (National System for Laboratory Accreditation).
The list of accredited tests is available on the ACCREDIA website.
Accreditation is regulated by a specific agreement and is recognition of the technical competence of the laboratory to carry out specific tests. However, it does not imply any responsibility on the part of ACCREDIA with regard to the results of the tests or any interpretation that may result from them.
