La pandemia COVID-19 (Coronavirus Disease 2019) ha investito la collettività su molteplici aspetti di vita e non solo relativi alla salute, ma anche economici, sociali e culturali. L’impatto della pandemia sulle condizioni economiche e lavorative, sullo stato emotivo e sulla domanda di cura della popolazione, la percezione del rischio del contagio e dei suoi esiti, la disponibilità a vaccinarsi contro SARS-CoV-2, l’uso delle mascherine, la fiducia dei cittadini nelle istituzioni, sono aspetti indagati in PASSI (dedicato agli adulti di 18-69 anni) e PASSI d’Argento (dedicato agli ultra 65enni). In questo report sono presentati i risultati su un campione preliminare di complessive 4.901 persone, di tutte le età dai 18 anni in su, intervistate fra agosto e dicembre 2020.

Since the beginning, the COVID-19 pandemic has been impacting on the whole community as per multiple life issues: not only concerning the health-related domain, but also the economic, social and cultural dimensions. PASSI and PASSI d'Argento surveillance systems are focusing onto what extent the pandemic has been affecting several aspects such as economic and working conditions, emotional status and access to care in the general population. Other elements analysed are contagion risk perception and its outcomes, attitudes toward vaccination against SARS-CoV-2, mask use, citizens’ trust in institutions. The present report shows the results from a 4,901 individuals’ preliminary sample, gathered between August and December 2020.
