The goal of this study is the design of the data collection infrastructure for RIPI (Registro Italiano Protesi Impiantabili - Italian Implantable Prostheses Registry). For this purpose, a modular infrastructure has been planned, able to support an increasing number of users following the growing attention towards registries. The results of this study consist in a set of technical documents that represent the modular architecture of the Platform and the incoming and outgoing data flows. All the above-mentioned products became part of a technical specification document that constitutes a reference for the architecture of the Platform and its realization and maintenance.
