The report focuses on imaging diagnostics in cell/tissue and organs and addresses the integration of dynamic imaging in mobile technology for remote diagnosis. From a general point of view, the work deals with: a) the different standards used and/or usable in diagnostics both for static and dynamic images; b) the new directions of development of cell and organ diagnostics through examples and studies based on electronic surveys; c) two case studies on the transmission of moving images through the messaging tools available in mobile technology (in hemodynamics and in cell diagnostics); d) studies based on electronic surveys, on the introduction of some innovative technologies in public health and on some emerging problems, such as cyber-security.
