It outlines the essential actions, activities, and approaches of the different pillars of the COVID-19 SPRP operational planning guidelines, which are structured according to the 5C's framework, which represents the Core components of WHO’s efforts in enhancing the global architecture for health emergency preparedness, response, and resilience.
