We acknowledge the professionalism, competence and passion for public health of which the Minister gave evidence in his capacity as Rector of the University of Tor Vergata and member of the Scientific Committee of the Institute, and we wish him all the best in his new office, and assure him of our eagerness to work together to promote and protect the health of the citizens and communities of our Country.

 We express our thanks to Minister Roberto Speranza for his indefatigable commitment during the difficult years of the pandemic and for the trust and support he gave the ISS.
