Tasks
The Single Guarantee Committee (CUG), although in a logic of continuity with the Committees for Equal Opportunities and the Committees for the contrast of the phenomenon of mobbing previously established, affirms itself as a subject through which it is understood:
- ensure, in the field of public work, equality and equal opportunities, preventing and combating all forms of physical and psychological violence, harassment and direct and indirect discrimination
- optimize the productivity of public work by improving individual work performance
- increase the organizational performance of the administration as a whole, making the organization efficient and effective also through the adoption of measures that favor organizational well-being and promoting equal opportunities and the fight against discrimination*
