In August 2025, the Sea Care Project will return to the Arctic Circle for a new expedition. Researchers from the National Institute of Health (ISS) will conduct comprehensive sampling of seawater to detect and analyze anthropogenic chemical and biological contaminants. These findings are expected to confirm and build upon the results from the 2022 campaign, further advancing our understanding of human impact in this fragile environment.
