This Report is proposed as a starting tool to share experiences from different environments and skills within the National Health Service. On such a share of experiences, the Editors identify the main pre-requisite for a Problem Based Learning Approach that, in this specific case, it is addressed to the Veterinary Managers, as civil servants. Therefore, the Authors of this Report have been asked to structure their contribution, according to an already pre-defined scheme, starting from the description of the requested skills and knowledge to solve a problem management they had to face with, and ending to an inventory on what could be the basic needs of the Problem Based Learning Approach, to implement the efficacy of the health management.
Key words: Veterinary medicine; Prevention; Problem based learning
