Articles can be requested from the remote user as indicated in the documents below.
Users who go to the Library personally can request the articles as indicated:
Requests submitted before 1.00 pm:
- up to 2 requests: photocopies will be collected within one hour
- over 2 requests: photocopies can be collected the next day
Requests submitted after 1.00 pm:
- the photocopies will be collected the next day
Photocopies of the documents placed in the external library storage can be collected within 48 hours of the request, subject to confirmation (by e-mail or telephone) of the availability of the document.
The service is suspended in August.
