Il documento è organizzato in due volumi: Parte generale e Schede delle attività per struttura. Il primo volume contiene un quadro di riferimento sulla organizzazione dell’Ente, gli ambiti di azione (ricerca, monitoraggio, regolazione e controlli, comunicazione, e formazione) nonché le attività di amministrazione e gestione dell’Ente. Specifici approfondimenti rispetto ad alcune tematiche sono riportati in Appendice. Il secondo volume contiene la sintesi delle attività delle strutture di Presidenza, Direzione Generale e dei Dipartimenti, Centri e Servizi nel triennio 2020-2022.

The document is organized into two volumes: General overview and Activity sheets per structure. The first volume represents a reference framework on the organization of the institution the areas of action (research, monitoring, regulation and controls, communication, and training) as well as the administration and management activities of the institution. In the Appendix some topics are described in detail. The second volume contains activity sheets of the of Presidency and General-Directorate structures followed by those of Departments, Centres and Services in the three-year period 2020-2022.
