Research activities
Research and development of analytical methods is carried out through participation in projects funded by the Ministry of Health, in which some IIZZSS and other research organizations participate.

  • "Mustard as a food allergen: preparation and optimization of a methodological protocol for the verification of analytical tests for detection in cereal products"
  • "Labeling and consumers' right to information: focus on unconventional supply channels (e-commerce) and imported products" internal code: 24M02

Consulting activities
The allergen laboratory contributes to the activities of the "technical table decree for the identification of threshold values of certain food allergens" established by the Ministry of Health.

Training
In the field of academic training (Degrees, PhDs), the laboratory collaborates with leading national and international universities.
