This section lists the annual workshops organised jointly by the National Reference Laboratories for metals and nitrogenous compounds in food and feed, for feed additives, for process contaminants. There are also some of the reports presented in those contexts, in relation to nitrogenous compounds. All events were addressed to the national audience and therefore presentations are in Italian.
