Fares and paid services

The regulations governing the functions and duties of the Italian National Institute of Health, under Article 20 of the Statute of the Italian National Institute of Health (Ministerial Decree of October 24, 2014), approved according to the procedure defined under Article 2 of Legislative Decree no. 106 of June 28, 2012, including revenues from paid services among the Institution's funding sources.

The fee schedule for services rendered to third parties is available in the 'Attachments' section.

Starting from June 15, 2026, a new version of the Online Payment system of the Italian National Institute of Health will be available, introducing new user authorization methods by enabling payments via "PagoPA Notice".

  • SPID (Public Digital Identity System)
  • CIE (Electronic Identity Card)
  • CNS (National Services Card)
UPCOMING: access for foreign users via the eIDAS system.
The platform is undergoing progressive implementation. Pending the completion of all features, and strictly limited to services not yet available, payment via bank transfer is temporarily permitted as a residual option.
