The survey "Eat safely"

This questionnaire is in Italian language and is part of the ISS 'SAC' project and aims to help us understand how to improve communication about food safety in everyday life, encouraging safer practices. It is divided into four sections: general, microbiological, chemical, and nutritional aspects.

 

Upon completion, you will receive correct answers, useful tips, and practical ideas to make your kitchen safer.

The deadline to complete the questionnaire is Wednesday, October 8, 2025.

 

What is the purpose of the questionnaire?

Your responses will help us improve the information provided to the public on safe food practices: from shopping and storing food to preparing it. Your contribution is important to make communication more relevant to people's actual needs and to promote public health.

 

Why was it created?

The questionnaire was created to assess how widespread knowledge of domestic food safety is among web users, particularly regarding general, microbiological, chemical, and nutritional aspects.

 

How was it developed?

The questions were created based on a thorough analysis of online content conducted by ISS experts. The questionnaire is the result of multidisciplinary work and has been:

  • approved by the National Ethics Committee

  • tested with a sample of citizens

  • validated by experts

  • verified from a technical and statistical perspective

The data collected will be used anonymously to develop tools and content that are useful for protecting public health.
