Safety and health at the workplace: specific training

Before carrying out the activities relative to the 50-hour Pathways and the PON Projects, the students participating in the PCTO activities in the ISS, will receive adequate training in health and safety on the workplace through a specific mandatory course.

The themes addressed in the course focus on the major health hazards present in the ISS (e.g. chemical, biological, physical) and the cross-sector factors such as gender, safety and emergency management. The final test uses a conceptual map to verify the actual in-depth knowledge of the subject matter. By way of example, note should be taken of curriculum of the March 2019 cycle. The course set-up, contents and duration are in compliance with the provisions made in the State-Regions Agreement of 21 December 2011 and in accordance with Legislative Decree 81/2008, as amended and supplemented.
