Back Autism spectrum disorders: distance learning courses

The project entitled "Autism Spectrum Disorders: activities laid down by the Ministerial Decree of 30.12.2016", funded by the Ministry of Health, envisages the delivery of 4 distance learning courses for educators and teachers of all levels. The courses will be held in PBL (Problem Based Learning) mode, using the EDUISS institutional platform (www.eduiss.it). Some 5000 users are expected to attend each course.

Target: Crèche educators and curricular and special education teachers of nursery, primary, and lower and upper secondary school.  

Product

The following distance learning courses are being developed:

  • Autism spectrum disorders: recognizing early warning signs and planning inclusive activities for crèches and nursery schools, focused on detecting early indicators of autism spectrum disorders and planning inclusive activities for children on the spectrum in crèches and nursery schools
  • Autism spectrum disorders: planning inclusive activities for primary school children, focused on planning inclusive activities for children on the spectrum
  • Autism Spectrum Disorders: how to design inclusive activities for lower secondary schools, focused on planning educational activities for preadolescents on the spectrum
  • Autism spectrum disorders and transition to adulthood: how to develop a life project for work integration in upper secondary schools, focused on school and work inclusion for young people on the autism spectrum
