The “Transparency” section provides administrative information in accordance with the principles of transparency, made publicly available to ensure the proper functioning and impartiality of the Institution. It comprises documents concerning general provisions, organizational structure, consultants and collaborators, personnel, competitive examinations, performance, activities and procedures, public tenders and contracts, budgets, and any other items mandated by the applicable legislation.
Specifically, the section includes documents, information, and data required under Legislative Decree No. 33/2013 (as subsequently amended by Legislative Decree No. 97/2016), as further detailed in ANAC Determination No. 1310/2016 (“Initial guidelines providing indications on the implementation of obligations concerning publicity, transparency, and dissemination of information contained in Legislative Decree No. 33/2013”).
The operation of this system is supported by a network of transmission and publication officers, coordinated by the Data Publisher Manager and the Anti-Corruption and Transparency Officer. The Anti-Corruption and Transparency Officer is entrusted with oversight functions to ensure compliance by the Administration with publication obligations and to safeguard the quality and accuracy of the published data.
The contents published within the individual first and second-level subsections are subject to continuous updating, in compliance with the preparation and provision of the required data by the competent offices, as required under applicable law.
It should be noted that personal data published in this section of the website may be reused under the conditions established by current legislation on the reuse of public sector information, provided such reuse is compatible with the purposes for which the data were originally collected and recorded, and subject to compliance with applicable data protection regulations.
